The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful. The were helpful and always assisted. the room was clean and they provided the towels and cleaned on time. they did not inconvenience during the clean up. the essentials in the room were replenished.

The room was perfect and clean. But there was no air freshener spray after you used the bathroom. The wodrop hadle have sharp screws and it pose a danger to the person using the wodrop. The bath tub was leaking as well. Thank you, Kind regards Sthokozile Nkala

Firstly on our arrival the staff was very kind and helpful, we were helped with our bags to our room. Food was excellent especially Christmas dinner was well prepared. Place was clean our rooms were cleaned everyday and towels were changed soaps, shampoo and shower gels were refeelled every day. We enjoyed our stay hope to see Umthunzi very soon😊

Breakfast was nice … more vegetarian options would be appreciated. Not much choice for vegetarian. Didn’t see a vegan option either. Vegetarian/ vegan would have suited us

The staff were the best of all , they are friendly helpful and caring. Rooms are clean and tidy and has everything you need , and the most beautiful view and lovely food and drink at the restaurant - Im super pleased and would come back

The executive room was stunning, beyond our expectations. Friendly staff, very helpful. Was not up to having breakfast on the day of departure,and was offered the option of takeaway. Thank you guys once again for making our stay a memorable one

Whenever we visit Umthunzi, we feel at home. The staff is welcoming, there are no hustles on arrival. , The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. We call it our second home when we are in Shepstone, we don't see ourselves booking somewhere else.
